Nigerians will recall that numerous business organizations, religion and ethic group have endorsed the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, for being a Pan Nigerian and the most outstanding candidate among his contenders.
Today, The Tijjaniyah Islamic Sect of Nigeria also announced the endorsement of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar as their Presidential candidate and urged their nationwide members and all meaningful Nigerians to vote for Atiku because he’s the only candidate with the credentials and ability to rescue and move Nigeria forward.
The announcement which was made through the leadership of the sect led by its supreme leaders, Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi and Sheikh Sheriff Saleh today, was another action by Islamic group to dispel the rumor that all Muslims are in support of Muslim-Muslim ticket. The leadership also disclosed that their resolution comes after evaluating all presidential candidates with the overall interest of their members, Islam and country at large.
They said, after listening to many presentation, they’ve decided to support Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and mobilize votes for him because he stands out in terms of economic blueprint, job creation, capacity to tackle insecurity and has the required experience to rescue the country from economy disarray.
Atiku Abubakar has proven to be a Pan Nigerian without bias, he’s neither an ethnic nor a religious bigot with sense of entitlement, hence, he’s the most competent to lead Nigeria.
The sect further prays for the victory of PDP Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, at the polls come February 25th, 2023.
