The People’s Democratic Party, PDP, senatorial candidate for Kwara South, Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim, has felicitated with the past and newly inaugurated executives of Offa Descendants Union (ODU) for a successful transition ceremony.
In a statement issued by media team, Senator Rafiu Adebayo Ibrahim, a former chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Insurance, and Other Financial Institutions, praised Dr. Funsho Oladipo, the association’s immediate past president, for his leadership skills and the accomplishments he achieved during his administration that resulted in a smooth transfer of power.
The Senator also wished Alhaji Engr. Muideen Olaniyi Salako, who had just been sworn in as the association’s new president, and the other members of the executive team a prosperous term in office.
While applauding the group for social and cultural development, the senator shared in the joy of His Royal Highness, Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye Okikiola II, for his fatherly contributions to the advancement of the Offa community, Ibolo Kingdom, and beyond.
