The youth group popularly known as Ọmọluabi Group in Ilorin under the mentorship and leadership of Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi, a Former Minister of Youth and Sports of the Federal Republic of Nigeria has charted a course of charity by donating materials and cash to Islamic Orphanage Foundation, Adewole Area, Ilorin, Kwara State.
The team in commemorating the 51st birthday of their principal – Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi has sent heart-fulfilling message to the airwaves by identifying themselves with the orphans and imprinted actions of hope on them, charged them to aim higher and be committed to personal growth and development in order to be productive in the society.
We do know that the true mark of a charitable course is to impact the lives of beneficiaries and willingness to stick with a bold course of action. We are grateful and happy to celebrate Mallam’s birthday in this noble way. We are definitely happy to zig while others zag.
The team leader, Alh. Adebimpe noted that, “Omoluabi Group stands out from the bandwagons of youth because we belief in making our society free of vices and making lives meaningful to all by breeding younger generation to meet the standard of the 21st century”.
